Porshce tt 911 vs My Dynoflashed EVO !!

2001 tt 911 = 12.5x @110 vs My buscher stage 1 + Dynoflashed EVO =12.28@113 I have STOCK cams , IC , turbo , race fuel mid 80 temps VERY humid . That is the fastes/quickest ive hear about with these mods ( some cat said he run 12.20 with full stand alone) 911 did pull sum 12.4x's but that was his best I saw

He probably couldn't drive. A properly driven stock 6-speed 996 Turbo will run 11.9 to 12.1 under the right conditions with the right driver.

Piont I was tryin to make was that the guy could drive , 1.84 60' s for the 911 and I got 1.81 60's

Did you get a custom Dynoflash or the mail-in flash? That is a nice time.

Buschur Stage 1 includes a SAFCII. You aren't using that are u, just the Dynoflash, right?

Both , s-afc is so i can pull a little fuel out when i use 100 + octane , that time i was spinning kinda bad but when it did hook up i never felt my car pull that hard with just the s-afc . The dynoflash gave me a lot more TQ down low !!

Ahh, I see. I might do the same thing. One of my friends is nagging me to get a SAFC and try some 100 octane or Toluene. I need a few fail safes in place first though, such as EGT gauge.

I have the mail-in Dynoflash also.

Hey Matt,

Nice job Matt. The track that Matt is going to is slightly uphill, especially in the last 1/8 of a mile. That could explain the lower than ideal times for the 911 turbo. It was also very hot and humid. A guy who couldn't drive in the 911 turbo would probably be in the 13's, not mid 12's.

The dynoflash does add alot of torque down low and seems to pull alot smoother up top. With a mail in tune you cant get the fuel tuned down perfect. He asked to add a little safety margin for car to car variances and fuel quality in the areas. I do the same thing when I go to the track and run higher octane fuel. The AFC can lean the fuel out slightly and the higher octane helps keep the timing in check. Nobody runs low 12's with a mail in ECU flash without leaning it out a little bit with an AFC or some fuel tuner. Custom tunes can be tuned to that degree but not mail in flashes.
