Next day at fontana is July 17th. Not sure if I will make that since I might have plans for something else. Anyone else going to the Hot Import Daze show on this saturday or drag racing at the Q on friday night?

I'm also planning to go to Fontana on Jul. 17 and trying to break into 12s. with some leaning out using S-AFC II. but still 91 gas. See you there. Do you want to hit the road together?

 

I won't be able to make it to Fontana on the 17th. I'm going to install a Walbro fuel pump and then get a Base DynoFlash done on Saturday 7/31. I'll then head down later that morning to Carlsbad to see what it will do. G20 good luck on hitting the 12's on pump gas, I hope to be there soon.

He's having a $179.00 special for a Base Flash at Woodland Hills, that fits my budget for the time being. It should be worth 20 horses I hope. I already had a Greddy Profec B from my Talon AWD, so I could adjust my boost as needed to match the Flash on 91 Octane. I also have an AFC still in my Talon that I could use to fine tune on 100 octane, and HKS 264 cams. Too bad they wouldn't work on my Evo . I would have pulled those off also . I'm still very impressed on how your car is running on the Vishnu stuff, mabe I'll go that route in the future.

 

I tried Works first and it did as advertised. I had the 303 fq upgrades and low 13s was about what it was good for from gtech et #s and trap speeds minus 3mph. Great product but wanted a lil more and the option for race gas. If Works would of had their parts ready after xmas as advertised they probably would of got my bussiness with the 333fq upgrade path that included 269 cams and the rest of their exhaust components. But Shiv had the parts and the time and he got my business. I am pleased with my cars performance and I am suprised that my car is still running strong with a driveline intact after all the abuse that I have thrown at it. Can't wait to use it on a road course as I want to eventually use this car to its potential despite me driving.
