This video is edited. I have this whole thing... it's actually from Bahrain, Kuwait, or Saudi. Iraq doesn't look like that. That guy has like 6 of those cars and he totals them all. I will look and see if i still have the full clip.

That video can't be real time. The drifts in those cars were happening too fast. Definitely not the normal frame rate.....that's what i think.
