ummm..i don't know about counter-steering...i totalled my evo trying to counter-steer out of a turn during a canyon run. I flipped my evo after my momentum push me into an embankment with rock on the side of it. i skidding out sideways.....

im telling you from expirience i just got a rear strut tower bar the cheap one from ebay and im telling you if you want to almost eliminate swinging the tail out under hard turning get this part also if you have the ACD push it before your turn to gravel it helps alot

volunteer with this school in NC or GA and get free time on skidpads, figure eights, some track time and autocross time. if you have lots of exp you can become a volunteer instructor but even the ground crew gets free time! I started out as ground crew and proved I knew what I was doing and was a capable teacher and i am instructing know. the school is for beginning drivers and the free time is just for volunteers. a few hours for free, especially on the skid pads, is hard to come by anywhere. hope some of you in NC and GA come out and join us(if there is anyone here)

I agree. A good driving school is something most will benefit from tremendously. Some of the best money you could ever spend!

yeah, by begining drivers I mean permits and newbs though. No high speed driving hear. Look ahead, braking exercises, skid control, that kind of stuff.
