Is there a way to launch from 2nd gear?

I can see wanting and needing to in a 700hp supra, but with a 4wd car what would be the point? The wheels are not spinning through 2nd with massive traction lost. You run faster launching in 1st in an evo. Now if you are a guy named chris in NE, that has a 800hp Camaro, then launching in THIRD gear is a normal and useful thing. Peace.
