2 Step issue

So slowly I have been getting Mellon tuned as I dont have alot of time for log runs. The one issue that either I or Chris can not figure out is why the 2 step does not work he even tried sending me a different map to see if that was the problem. the switch on the clutch is working perfectly but still no 2 step. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem before any help would be greatly appreciated. Mods are in my cig nothing crazy so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you for any help in advance.

Does the handbrake being on make a difference?

No I'd leave the hand brake on just to make sure your stopped so it works. The hand brake has no effect on launch control.
