I would leave the air intake stock for now

You can get away with the exhuast and MBC with no problem

BTW - the '05 flash will be ready very soon - prob within 10 days

Al suggests at least 660 injectors too when going with cams. I found that out yesterday. I'll be getting them from Al real soon.

With the following intakes - Injen, APS and HKS RS. The reason is related to the unique way those intakes distort the MAF sesnor reading through the middle of the power band.

Al, so you only need the injectors if you are also using one of the above mentioned intakes when upgrading to cams?

Even in the case of those intakes - the injectors are optional, the stock ones will support up to 340 - 350 whp. However, pushing injectors to 100% duty cycle is not prudent. I recomend the 660 to 680 injectors on cars with intakes and cams - it makes for a larger margin of saftey with more conservative injector duty cycles.

No need to worry of course it will run fine.

As with a regular stock evo, however, with performance mapping in the ecu you will gain additional power and smoothness over the stock ecu mapping

I would hazzard to say that your $199 spent on a reflash will make you more whp than $1000 spent on an exhaust.

Of course the best approach is a boost controller, exhuast, and flash
