We are getting closer - BUT - the power is not nearly where it should be - time for a boost leak test as a diagnostic measure

There were a total of 4 boost leaks - some where down by the fmic - some where at the bov flange - all fixed they added up to some significant gains

However - we are still too low on power and erratic boosting

I personally don't care for the Power enterprize boost controller so I suggested the Hallman pro to my customer and we put it in

Its going to be a fast tune now that we have the boost sorted out - just some ignition timing to adjust

375 reasons why the Dyno Flash can kick some butt !

Amazing results on stock turbo and fmic !

For those who have been following the "case study" tunes - tuning is about more than just setting a flash - diagnosing probelms and finding the soultion is sometimes most of the battle

Well, the stock turbo certain beats the pants off the BR440 + Dynoflash tune I've got. I just dyno'd 346whp/312tq on a Dynojet. Looks like I'm going to have to get out the fine tooth comb and look for issues. Something ain't right.

Al has stated repeatedly that results like these are extremely unlikely (and nor should they be expected) with a through the mail flash. Also, in my opinion, I'm not certain the meticulous nature with which these "case study" tunes are done, nor the results achieved can be duplicated with a custom tune performed on the street. In my opinion if you want or expect results like these, visit Al personally at Pruven.

Nice numbers Al congrats on the tune. It's good to know that the stock Ecu can work so well with cams and cam gears.
