whats it going to take to beat my buds STI with COBB stage 2
He runs a 13.2 103 I just ran tonight best was 13.8 100.00 clutch was slipping so bad I decided not to run the rest of the night. Oh my 60 ft was 2.00 with massive clutch slip. Not good.
I would say a new clutch should be on that list too.I cant belive how week the stock clutch is.I have less than 5000.ml on the car it is the first time I have driven it that hard. I have a tbe and the mail in reflash.

get a STI with a with COBB stage 40xinfiniti . you'll definately beat him with that...
get your launch down first thing. with sti's you just drop the clutch. my friend launched his evo RS hard and because he burned it slightly on the launch, it slipped the rest of the gears down the track resulting in high 13's like your times.
I got a 1.8x 60' on my way back when it was gsx stock so try harder...

I ran at 12.6 at 109 with K&N cone intake, MBC, HKS DP and HI Power exhaust and Power FC. I have over 30,000 miles and 3 trips to the track, all on the stock clutch.

I rev to 5,000 rpms and quickly slip the clutch. Once and a while if I slip it too long, I'll smell it after the run. My 60 ft was right at 1.8 IIRC. I'm sure I could get lower with a more aggressive launch, but it is the stock clutch. Thats what I did only the car reved to 7500 only the tires were not spining the clutch was then it went.
