P0300 code after reflash

I just got my ECU back from dynofalsh with my stage 3 BR flash on it yesterday and after 11 miles my car threw a p0300 code. I had the stage 1 BR flash for about 3000 miles and no codes ever. Last weekend we put in my HKS 272s and the car still had no CELs at all. I drove the car about 50 miles with the cams beofre sending it to Al. I only got the cell after I put my reflashed stage 3 ECU in yesterday. I cleared the code today with my roomates scan tool but Im curious if its gonna come back or not. So my question is why do I have this code now and I never experienced it before? From my reading I gathered that a few people were experiencing this P0300 code on stock ECUs. Im just concerned as to why I didnt get it with my stage 1 or stock ECU. Thanks in advance.

To be honest, you should have just sent Al a PM instead of starting a thread on this. I mean who knows, it may be a result of something else not involving Al's flash. I mean you have a right for concern, but I would have just PM'ed him or called him directly. The reason I say this is because I'm going to get a flash soon from Al and don't want to have second thoughts because of a isolated event.

At any rate I'm sure he will get you taken care of.

I im in no way discrediting Al or his flash. I posted all the facts about my problem so maybe other people could help me solve this issue. There have been many people who have had this P0300 code with flashes and without. I do not know why I have this code and I just posted up exactly what the car did before and after. Like I said I did not mean for this to be a negative thread towards Al or his product.

Mods if you feel my post was negative in any way shape or form please delete this post. Last thing I want is to take customers away from Al.

My issue with this particular problem is that I have figured out some things about the 0300 code and why it comes on which I do not care to post on the forums (I do not like to educate my fellow tuners on everything I do).

I am confident I have your problem diagnosed.

Call me if you want to discuss it further.

Don't tell me this has turned into an "I can fix the P0300 thread but pay me to fix it..." thread...
