P0300

P0300

i have a 2005 evo and i got the p0300 code after i unplugged the mass air flow sensor but i changed the spark plugs and now my car gets stuck at about 4000 rpms when shifting out of second.

do i need a reflash ?

Disconnect your battery for a few minutes after plugging the maf sensor back in..And restart the car and all should be good.

No you dont need a reflash, how is it gettings "stuck"...you need to describe that and make a sig with all your mods and info, what part number plugs, etc..and why did u unplug the mafs?

i have new spark plugs and coils work fine but i still get a p0300 code idk

thats miss fire rt? How about gapping those " pregapped" plugs you put in and unplug the battery.

i did all that and it says o2 sensors but didnt say which one and cams ? how did u fix that

Do a compression check. I had p0300 and I had a blown head gasket causing "multiple random misfires"

If you own an Evo 8 you are going to see a p0300 code sooner or later. I'd almost say it is the normal condition for the car.

Go to a tuner and have it shut off in the ECU.

yea i heard they get this code but they also had a code that said my o2 sensor
