im looking to sending in the ECU on June 11th and was wondering what kind of pwer i would make with the following mods on a 91 oct tune. injen intake, BR 3" dp and HFC, and the 30th ann. hks hi power? also, will i be holding 20psi with your through the mail flash? and please suggest any changes to my set up. thanks

YTou should make at least 280 whp on 91 with 300 possible on 93

 

but i hear the whine is unbearable? is it a necessity?

 

90% of the time you cant even hear them - but in hot climates sometimes they make some sound

 

i live in el paso haha, very very hot. any alternatives?
