Dyno Flash

Hello from Minnesota:

Just a heads up for your up coming Dyno Flash event. Read the post number 55 on the MN dyno flash page.

Al was just here ( 17 - 19 June ) and with at least seven custom flashes and many base flashes. From what I have been hearing every one is very plesased. I know I am.

Those who were disappointed had equipment break down.

Bring cash or pay ahead on Pay Pal.

Manual boost people should look into Als Hallman ( sp?) manual valve.

Have a great time we did

I'll take the 1:30-3:30pm time slot Saturday 7/9 (my deposits been in for a while also). I wonder if heat will be a factor. Do we know where this will take place yet? Also Al, don't you ever take a break to eat or anything?

I believe Al said it will be in the Westlake/Agoura area.

Cuz303...what area of Camarillo are you in? Just wondering...that's where I grew up and probably where I'll be staying when I'm out there.

I was wondering about the heat factor, too. That's why I picked the morning spot.

Do not worry about heat - its our friend. First of all the ecu has a very good air temp and baro pressure sensor and compensation tables which take into account all degree of variation in climatic conditions. Second of all - I do not tune anyone with a street car to the edge so far that a variation in heat would cause any problems. Third - especially on 91 octane heat soak is where detonation is more likely and very good to test for detonation free tuning in hot air.

At pruven we have tuned evos from zero degress to 95 degrees and have them come back weeks later to see that the tune holds even in drastic temp changes.

Al,

Since you are reading this thread often and haven't responded to my PM or private email, I'll speak here. I won't be making that tune. I have given you a deposit and would very much like a refund as soon as possible.

paypal: marlin_rowley@hotmail.com

I'll catch you on the next trip.

Cheers,

-M

OK so you are out - sad to hear of your financial woes.

Guys - we apparently have 4 confirmed deposits left

I need 6 people to make this trip happen

Hopefully we can add the remaining two guys in the next day or two - thanks for your support
