Thumbs up to al for taking me for 75 more dollars then what he was supposed to.I thought somthing was funny when you told me 275 more after 100 dollar deposit.I thought i miss read your post.I guess i didnt though.It did state retune for 300.00 and you charged me 375.00.




P.S. I should have gotten a discount for you drulling over my wifes breasts.

 

hmmmm.....I dont know the situation but a retune is supposed to be 300.00. At least that was my impression...maybe the prices have changed...Al?

You are correct - I did make a post which said $300 for retunes so you are entitled to a refund of $75 which I mistakenly overcharged you - my mistake.

However, I do not appreciate your manner of handling yourself and the tone of your post. I am not "taking" anyone for anything. The original post quoted $375 as the price and that is what I was going by - the later post I made I did not remember, probably in no small part due to the fact that I had been to San Juan, CT, NJ, Pittsburg and spent two nights without sleeping getting my car ready for the race all in the 5 days before I arrived in Ohio. If a mistake in billing is made I give refunds - end of story. No need to conduct yourself like you are over $75.

I can vouch for al on this one. When I got my first flash for $199, I gave him $200 and he went to give me my dollar back. I told him to keep it and he said $199 is the price, this is your dollar and gave it back to me. I know he is not in it to rip us off because when he did my second dyno tune, I did not pay until approx 2 hours of dyno time and then approx 15 minutes of personal street testing and Al made sure I liked the tune. Say what you want, but I doubt he was trying to screw you over, the guy is overworked as it is and I am sure it was an honest mistake. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone who takes as much pride in his work as Al does. Just my 2 cents.
