Question IDEAS!! better for the turbo

after increasing the boost to 21psi on pump gas 91, is it better to change downpipe with hi flow cat or just cat back??? i know it's better to have the whole thing but for now it is an either or situation. WHICH ONE SHOULD I CHOOSE? i would assume to have the downpipe and hi flow cat becasue it is directly from the turbo, so it would be better for the turbo, or i'm wrong. please give advice

Um, I am going to try to be gentle. I would suggest you read up a lot more on turbo cars before you start modding your car. Which dynoflash did you get? Is it for a stock car? Is it for a full exhaust? Putting on your exhaust will affect boost levels, AFRs, etc. I only know a little bit but know enough for what I want to do with my car. Read and then read some more.
