I dont know how to validate that as nobody has any information on this turbo, but worst case....I can go bakc to the 3540.

My biggest concern is the durability of the stroker. I want to use the car as often as possible as my daily...so I will be adding the miles. So best of luck.
I have had the luxury of testing the GT3567 hybrid in my drag car...honestly, it couldn't make anymore power not to mention lossing a tad on the spool up possilby on the extra inertia to move the bigger compressor wheel. Am not gonna take it now but I would say that the 3540 does its job good enough. The 3567 works very well on a big capacity motor though...

Thanks to the genious of Mr. Ron Shearer of Shearer Motorsports, and the help of Buschur Racing as always I begine the next level of insanity

If I was at level 4 out of a scale or 1 - 10 os Evo mental disorder - I think I have stepped up to at least a level 6 or 7 with the new turbo set up

The Gt42r is fitting like a glove with the stock radiator location and the best part is its all very inexpensive and the best quality header material and state of the art design

I am most pleased this x mass day with having some time to intsall my new goodies and finding out how well they all fit !

Do you still have to run a twin wastegate?

I still will be running twin Tial 44's as before - the reason we do this is becuase the turbo is a genuine twin scroll. Dividing the exhuast pulses of the two cyl banks theoretically helps to spool the turbo faster as the explosive pulses of the individual combustion events can reach the turbine wheel with greater force if they are not conflicting with other combustion events in the manifold.

You can see the wastegate flanges on either side - I did not put them in for the photo session as the manifold and turbo combo will be comming on and off and on and off over the next few weeks as I perfect all the hardwear for the oil and collant lines and send the parts to be coated.

OMG! That is one of the best looking headers I've ever seen! If I ever go from the 40 to the 42 I know who to call now!

Its not only a very well designed unit - its built from the strogest and highest quality stainless and has a CNC machined custom head flange

Personally I am very impressed with how well the whole set up fits in so good with the GT42R and the stock radiator location - I am not a big fan of using tiny radiators

Also - the collector is a very perfect design from an engineering perspective - its an ideal collector angle, length and wastagte placement - I am very pleased

I wont quote any prices here but these manifolds are much less costly than some of the other solutions currently on the market

The flange is also perhaps the best you can find - a amazingly well crafted hunk of stainless which is CNC machined into the perfect form

I am really excited about this project and I can not wait to get back on the dyno

Seriously - I move very slowly when working on my race car so it will be prob mid February before all the changes are made and ready to hit the rollers again - I will post the progress here
