All I ever wanted was my money back.
I am not the kind of person that likes to badmouth anybody. I am a religious person
that respects everybody because I want people to respect me. I am sorry for
having to do this like this but I knew this will be the only way for him to
respond to me

Good to see this situation resolved.

Al, also please look into the recent thread about tuning in Houston about coming on april 15th. We're waiting to hear back from you I know you're a busy person and I just assume you overlooked the thread thinking it was the previous Houston tuning thread but I assure you it is a different one. Cheers and hope to see you down here again soon.

I am very glad to hear about this resolution as well.

Just for the record and again to give another realistic point of view to this event, I ordered a EVOLUTION IX badge for my EVO 9 about 3 months ago.
We had to wait almost 5 weeks to get a second badge from LANCERSHOP because FEDEX lost our first shipment.

Again, I am not here to save no ones reputation but to give you a realistic experience, you had very bad luck with FEDEX, I had a extreme good service from FEDEX and Al.

I am pleased to hear that Al is standing up to his good customer service as always.

my.2c

Carlos
