It is actually really simple.
The problem of magna core is the diameter of the head part( you know the thick top part of the stock) is too thin and it will wobble around if you leave it like that causing the misfire.
So, if you somehow make that part thick enough and stick to the wall, it will never misfire like on my car. The magna core has been on my car for almost a year now.

Here is the cheap easy fix.
you need a tie and a thin silicone hose 3/8 inch OD or less?
put the tie inside the hose and wrap around the head part!
Cut off the left over tie and hose. And you are done!
Enjoy the bigger gaps on your spark plugs!

you can do that to the bottom too but, it won't misfire with just the above mod. So I didn't do the bottom

Ok so no matter what I couldn't get this method to work. I ended up wrapping electrical tape around the tops of the boots so they fit snug. My misfire at 26psi is now gone.. I can run 28psi with no hiccup now. No more misfire at idle either.

Well maybe I spoke too soon. 2 days of running fine -- 28psi on race gas.. today car misses worse than it ever has before :| I noticed when I changed my plugs a couple days ago one of the plugs had gas visible on the threads (weird).

The HKS DLI II is great I love the way it smoothed out the idle, but the Magnacore wires are ****ing garbage. They ran great for a month but now i missfire like crazy, and it dosen't half to be underload either it will do it at idle.

Problem is the mitsu coil is tapered! Pull back the sheath and make sure the metal part of coil end is seated in the coil, then slide the sheat back to the coil. At this point it all should be tight, use a small zip tie and zip tie the sheath to the coil. On the plug end make sure it fits tight on the plug, not the cap on valve cover. If it is loose then use a pair of channel locks to "crimp" it tighter to fit the plug end. My 2 C.

I have the 8.5 and I do not have any issues yet. I will be getting tuned in a week so I will have the stockers on hand just in case this misfire shows up.

Sweet. I had done this to the plug end but didnt even think about the coil end. I couldn't slide the seath back on the coil end of the wire but I pushed it on as far as it would possibly go then put a ziptie on it. Now my car runs normal again. I also have the HKS DLII

Seems like I'm doing something with my ignition at least once a month after getting these wires. I had 1 plug going bad over and over and over and for some reason it didn't click why. It was the wires connection to the coil.

I also cleaned all connections with alky.. I notice that the coil/wire connections were pretty dirty.

I wonder if anyone has tried to contact Magnacore about these poorly designed (if designed at all) wires.
