I thought an intake would help I guess. I like that it sounds like a vacuum cleaner when the turbo is spooling. I agree with the intake but I have never had a problem with my BOV. I have heard of stalling issues on the 03 Evos but I have not had this problem. I am eventually going to get tuned but for now I will probably put the stock box back in and see if I feel a difference. Thanx Warrtalon

i took the k&n typhoon pipe out kept the filter and adapter and put the stock pipe on....big difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I posted this a while back. I cut out the flap inside the tube and it still ran like crap. I was so pissed off about the product that i called K&N and spoke to a tech over there who was real cool. He did try saying to turn the maf upside down or some crap. In the end i sent it back to THEM(even though i bought it from somewhere else)They sent me a refund check. The moral of the story is that, it is a peice of crap and to not buy one until they re-engineer it altogether.

lol I just bought an 03 with this intake and the car has managed to stall 2 times... LOL previous owner's that do stupid mods are the best. I wish I had the stock pipe but it didnt come with the car when I picked it up from the dealer.

so what intake are you guys running on your cars? Im gonna buy a new one and get rid of this pos so I need a few ideas.
