Sunday driving to a 9 Second 1/4 Mile Pass - Video

Guys - you won't believe how easily my car made a lazy, smooth 9.8 @ 148 mph

I was launching and shifting like a grand ma just trying to qualify with a 10.0 - I went too fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a platform the evo is - the pass literally felt slow and boring

It was a total non event and I think you can get the idea from this video

Amazingly with full exhuast , full interior, headlights, heat, power streering, etc etc my car weighted a portly 3190 lbs with me in iT!

Buschur power rules

- You must register on this great web site - www.thespeedlounge.com to view the video but there is a lot of great action on the web site so its worth the 2 extra minutes work

Also the Turbo Trix Evo is there also

wow Al!!! That was awesome.

I can't wait to see how fast you are going to run this car once you get it to the full potential. By the way my wife and I love the the flash you put on our car and I want to let you know that with a slipping clutch and snow tires. I ran 12.2 1/4 I am going to Buschur to get the GT 35R kit soon. What is your opinion on Tilton Clutch.

Can't wait to see you hit 8s"

Thanks you for the reply, I just wonder how much noise this sucker is going to make but I sacrifice anything for Performance.

Great run Al, congratulation on your 9-second pass. What is the car like on the street now, with the GT42R Turbo? Is the lag really bad? By any chance would you have a dynosheet with the new setup, to show how the turbo comes on to boost? I've been Dying to see a decent dynosheet, with TQ/HP vs. RPM running this turbo.

Of course its not a low end turbo

I really only tune it on the road and track - never at the dyno with this car

Buschur posted some dyno sheets of my car back a time ago and his car which is very similar so you can do a search and see some of those on these forums
