This lack of customer service is unacceptable, regardless of the quality of the product. If he cannot handle the workload or the product is unprofitable, he should communicate this to his customers rather than have them expect to wait.

The guy is never home. He is always traveling. I am not at all surprised it takes forever to get stuff given the circumstances. I agree it is wrong to say something will ship out soon and then it takes a long time but still, how can one man do so much while never in the same place for any length of time? That is why I am driving all the way to CT to get tuned. One day notice, 3-1/2 hour drive up, get tuned, pay the man, and head home. Done. No hassle. Now I of course know that most of you cant drive to CT to get tuned but I guess all I am saying is you shouldve expected to wait a while given the circumstances, that's all.
I think our biggest problem is that we are in the middle of the race season.
I am still holding out for my E-Flash too.
I would like to think that since the shootout is over maybe he will have time to get some E-Flashs out.

Ok I am starting to get a little worried after reading this thread. I sent my payment/rom on 8/8 and followed up with another email on 8/11 and have had no contact. Al please address this thread. We would just like an ETA on the eflashes. I know that I have only been waiting for a week but I would still like to have an idea of when the eflashes will be ready.

If plans change and he was unable to fulfill the service we have paid for... Then at least have the decency to email, call, or PM us to tell us we have not been forgotten but that its going to take a little more time... NO he would rather us wait a week or two and then flip out on a thead... Then B1tch cause were bringing this to the public.

I paid $84.99 isn't that the new price or did I pay too much? Al will you adjust a new map if knock is detected, would this cost extra? Due to the heat here in AZ the timing on the two maps that I bought from you was alittle aggressive for the crappy fuel we have. If I sent you a log after I received a flash would you update it as part of the original price?
