You won't get an answer to this question. He states he offers a free adjustment but he won't tell you how he wants the data logged or anything else. He takes your money, sends a basic map and that's as far as it goes. You're on your own now.

I HAVE PM'D HIM REQUESTING A REFUND A FEW TIMES........ NOTHING... THIS IS B/S I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO START A PETITION AND CONTACT PAYPAL. OR MAYBE WE SHOULD START MORE THREADS ABOUT HIS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. I BELIEVE IN THE CONTRACT OF BEING A VENDOR YOU "HAVE TO SUPPLY GOOD BUSINESS TO MEMBERS" OTHERWISE BANNED!

I am hoping that Al is just currently busy and will attend to our requests for refunds soon. In the past his service has been pretty good. Due the wait already a week, I do not need this tune anymore. Customer feedback is a big deal to alot of people. I hope this gets resolved soon.

Keep in mind... I paid July 24th. If I dont see a refund by this weekend.. I might have to be a complete a** . Im sorry but this is b/s... Who wants a poll?

I think this statement in itself is bull****. You shouldn't offer a service to people then only be able to perform it at certin times.

So I didn't get a map today. when's the next time your going to be working on e-flashes

The way I read your thread about E-flashes. Was you had a readily maps for any combination of mods. And it was nothing but a few clicks and send.

If there was a statement in that saying "Attention I will only be able to send out maps on certin days of certin months of the year" I wouldn't of purchased a map.

I'm sorry but if there isn't an e-mail in my box by this afternoon i'm going to file for a refund via paypal. This is shady.

And for the sake of the evo community I hope this thread doesn't get deleted. As for it is very useful I wouldn't of purchased this service if I had read this thread prior.

Waiting until the weekend sounds fair. That allows for a few days for him to respond or in you case it sounds like a week.

Al I have sent both an email and PM reguarding my refund. Since my first request for a refund was only last night I am hoping to receive feedback on this issue in the next couple of days.

Again Al I you are viewing this thread please address this before it is taken to the next level. I have not had a problem with your customer service in the past, but having to wait this long for responses to our email/PMs is getting out of hand.

This guy does have a life do you realize how many flashes and eflashes and tunes this guy must do ... All he is trying to do is HELP us the EVO community by tuning our cars and just cuz hes busy your giving him crap... Im not saying he Shouldn;t treat us better but ypu gotta give him a little credit for all the work hes done...
