I gave up asking for a refund on some shipping due to an issue I had... He is way too busy... Lesson learned...

 

Ecu flash is a do it yourself tuning product which means you tune it yourself

The E FLASH! I provide gives you a base map tailored to your octane, georgraphic location and mods.

Given the nautre of a therough the email product I included ONE FREE refvision at the customer's direction.

The idea is not to offer a $49.99 tuning seminar but just give you a decent base map which can save you time and effort and set you in the rioght direction.

If you dont know how to data log orwaht needs to be checked you have no businesss usuing Ecu Flash as it ia a tool whioch can lead to a lot of damage to your engine unless you know what you are doing.

A few points

1 - The E FLASH! maps have been taking me a lot more time than I originally expected - in fact I have become a fanataic about making them perfect and that is slowing me down although in some cases they do go iout fast even the same day - it all boils down to the mods on the car which is looking for the E FLash !

2 - The last month has been just really out of control busy

In the past 10 days I have been tuning every day in Florida, Conn, then off to Ohio back to Conn and then I am in Anchorage AK tuning today

Sometimes with all this travel I just dont feel able to do good work at the end of working a 12 hour day of tuning on the dyno and I dont want to send out something that is not 100% perfect

3 - Of course - every day I also meet and match deadlines on mail in flashes 95% of which go out every day the same day by fed ex and they take priority over everything else I am doing in life

I amticipate getting back to a more normal scedule right after September 4th when my Daughter goes back to schoool I will cut down on the travel

In the meantime I have locked the thread about E FLASH! and I continue to work to satisfy those orders as time permits

Those who can not wait till I find a few hours to set up my various lap tops and do an amazing perfect job are welcome to get a prompt refund

As I do more and more E FLASH! maps and test them more and more I will get up to faster speeds of delivery and in the fall my schedule will we lighter and I will once again open up the thread seeking new business

In the meantime I do continue to take orders just please be patient with delivery time

 

Tyler - myself and Wartallon have been in contact many times to tell you the situation with your specific map that I have to make one up and test it

This is what I have done

I just refuned everyone who sent a email request or a PM with their email so I could link up the evo m personaility with the proper customer

There were 4 refuinds just sent

I also just procesed one E FLASH ! and I plan to do the final 3 remaining tonight after I get back from 12 hours of road tuning in Alsaka where I am today

I appologize to those who have anticipated faster service with this product - as I am making and testing more maps I will be able to turn then around quicker

I rather be slow in delivering them than sent out a POS map and have someone blow up an engine or have a car run like *** and blast me for that

sorry for the bad spelling guy i guess u got to get him on the right time i gave him a call on monday he pic up he just got back from the race or something he sound very tired i sent my ecu this monday got there tuesday and he shipped out tuesday and then he left for alaska busy guy he's like a truck driver never home much well thanks for the fash AL got it today it was a good thing i call frist and talk to him before i send or did anything my ecu would have been in the shop for a week
