Hey Al, it might be tough to keep up with all the business... but as they say 'if you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen'

There is nothing "shady" about me - please refrain from such slanderous accsations

WTF!! is happening to all the vendors online ??? I personally belong to a few auto sites and DAMN, the businesses are Screwing people left and right... I mean if you are a vendor and the business is going good enough that you cant do all the work by yourself or your hired help, THEN by all means hire more (RELIABLE)help..
Remember In the business field everything works off WORD-OF-MOUTH ...

Most businesses CAN hire others to help, but when your business is tuning, you can't rely on anyone else. Al is all around the country tuning cars every week, so the daily operations do suffer occasionally, but it's never a case of "shady" business.

I totally understand what you are saying BUT that's is why I pointed out the "RELIABLE" part of my reply which means, Tuners out there that can HANDLE the pressure of being Over worked and Under Paid. To a certain extent of course.

I mean if the business is making a Killing but you are way OVER YOUR HEAD then hire some help.
otherwise like someone else suggested. 'If you cant take the heat get out of the Kitchen"

As a Business man you have to Forsee these things happening and try to adjust to the flow of the business otherwise people will just start looking somewhere else. Even if they pay a bit more for a more reliable source. as long as they are happy, the outcome will be a positive one.. and remember what I said about word of mouth?

Here is a thought for you

Since I have been driving Evos in various states of tune on almost a daily basis - I have driven 4500 plus of them to date and since I work on evos on a dialy basis for the past three and a half years . . . . .

Who would you rather contact for suggestions on which parts to use - myself - or some young idiot hired as a sales' person by Parts House "X" to push the K &` N Typhoon intake or what other peice of crap they think is cool?

I think you have it backwards but then again most everything in this business is backwards

BTW - just for reference - I sell and ship dozens of MBC's, alcohol kits, BOV's fuel pumps, exhuasts, etc each and every day without any incident

Like any other business orders may fall through the cracks or be shipped to the wrong person

IF anything - I have sent out more double orders than missed orders

And another thought . . . . IF I hire more people then I have to charge MORE $ for the parts I am selling now at very low prices

I move a LOT of parts and dont have any problems beyond an isolated late delivery

Thanks
