i'm going to say something about this. I retune his evo. The map was ****ty. knocking like a ****. The AFR where 10.4-10.1 on all 3 pulls. we even add race gas to compensate for big knock. We even turn the boost up to 23psi and he was making max 308whp. There was a big knocking dip at 5.2k rpm. I didn't like the map and relfash back to stock. So i flash tune it from scratch using straight 91 octane pisswater. he powerband and tq numbers are much more lineaner now and his AFR is 11.4 to 10.9 up top . I even fix his idleling problems because the MAF scale were screw.

Like I said a mail tune vs a dyno or road tune 100% totally different.

Its nice to hear how the "MAF scale were screw" on a car with a stock air box and and exhuast - facinating

Your command of the spoken word has me very convinced of what ever point you are trying to make

Thanks for your advice

PS - I tune cars every day which had been tuned by other tuners - I did two of them today

I chose NOT to talk about it or boast about what I did to improve it of what ever as I feel its beneath me to do that

I dont like to read trash talk from other tuners

Al
