Hi Steve:

I am waiting 3 weeks for my ECU... the last wednesday AL said here in other post that my ECU was finish and send back... but until today, my ecu doesnt arrives to Miami...

I read here a lot of excellents comments about Dynoflash, but its customer service is very bad. I asked for the tracking number or a date that I would receive back my ECU... without any response... and I still waiting for it.

Its a pity, I hope receive my ECU this week and expect no have no more issues with it and it will works great... I said, I hope.

Good luck with your ECU, I think AL will read this and answer you and expect answer me also.

You said, that I only have bad luck?? mmm

I send an email to AL, BEFORE send my ECU, telling him that is JDM one, and he said

"Yes I can flash your ecu

Usually the flash gains about 30 whp and makes the car safer with the mods

AL"

Didnt said "A JDM ecu usually take me 2 week or three to flash it"

I only say, I still waiting for it.

He will try making it your fault that u haven't received ur ECU back. It took me 2 weeks to finally get my ECU. I had to call him 5x before getting an answer. When I finally got in-touch with him, he tried telling me that I hadn't sent him my list of mods with my ECU. Somehow by getting my name and number he figured out my mods. How in the hell he was able to figure out my list of mods from my name and number is beyond me especially since it was the first time I had ever had him mess with my ECU. 4 days after the phone call, I finally received my ECU.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

I've had two mail-in flashes and a custom tune and nothing but positive experiences. On the mail-ins I made sure he was between road trips.

I think Al needs help with customer service. He must hire someone to answer the phones and respond to e-mails and keep track of the ECUs/mods/flash requests. Al, you are doing your business a disservice by running a one man show. I know it will cost money to hire someone, but in the long run the good customer service will earn you more loyal customers. There is not a week that goes by w/o a thread complaining about customer service from your company.

I have done over 2000 mail in flashes over the past 3 years 99.999 % all get shipped the same day

People who throw an ecu in a box with no instructions, return address or directions get put on the side of the desk till they contact me

I am too busy to track down people who dont enlcose a note with the ecu

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ENCLOSE A NOTE INSIDE THE BOX WITH THE ECU

Also - evo m screen names usually do not identify your real identity to me
