Issues After Flash...HELP!

I was looking for some suggestions on what went wrong, and let me know what you guys think...

So about 2 weekends ago I got base flashed and dyno'd by Al when he came out here to Chi-town and the numbers were as follows:

RUN1: Max Power = 166.55 Max Torque = 188.85 (HORRIBLE!!!!)
RUN2: Max Power = 222.66 Max Torque = 246.67
RUN3: Max Power = 233.65 Max Torque = 264.37
RUN4: Max Power = 236.15 Max Torque = 265.96

Here is what I have on the car right now:

K & N cone drop in filter.
AMS 3" Catback Exhaust.
Autometer Cobalt Boost Gauge

After the runs, he pointed out that there were definite leaks which I am getting checked out this weekend. Prior to the flash the car would not hold boost in any gear, as it would always drop at least 5psi after peaking, and the overall ride was just jerky. After the flash however, the car was wayy faster, smoother, and more responsive. I would slightly push down on the accelerator and the thing would fly. I could deifnitley feel a major difference in the ride like I first did when I got the car. I think when I got the K & N filter installed it messed with the settings of the ECU and put it in a safety mode which is why I was running so damn slow.

About 2 days ago I noticed a decline in the speed. The only thing I have done since then is disconnect the battery in order to install some underhood bushings.

I was curious, that if the car was flashed with boost leaks, and there were even more potential leaks now, would it go back to at least the way it was after the flash after I have all the boost leaks fixed? Now, I can already tell there are issues because the boost is maxing out at 10 psi on the lower gears yet holds steady in 5th gear. It almost feels like I lost all of the power again! I am thinking that if I clear out the boost leak issues and reset the ECU that it will at least go back to the settings I had after I got flashed. Thoughts? Again, I'm still pretty much a noob so if I am missing a major point here, please let me know. I feel retarded that this has already happened right after I felt the joys of a flash. Also, the original link I posted after I got flashed can be found here with the dyno:

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks all!

Improper Boost Gauge Install to make things worse?!

Also, after my tune I was told that the line that my boost gauge is feeding off of is potentially causing issues as well. Check out the picture. I am not sure what line this is, nor did I do the install, but would this cause any type of issue?

thats where i have my boost gauge tapped. i think that people discourage that because i think that is the line to your fpr and if it comes undone then you could run lean and blow your engine. do a boost leak test thats all i can figure out right now.

Al told you you had a boost leak and you did nothing to find or fix it after 2 weeks on the Falsh ?
Your duty cycle on your BC solenoid is working it's *** of as your turbo to supply the needed boost due to a leak.
Boost leaks don't fix themselves. They only get worse as in your case.
Find it and fix it ASAP before something else happens.

All - just for the record, I flew out to Orlando the next day for business and didn't come back till a week later. I work 8-5 every day so this weekend is the first I have had to investgate. Will I need to get a new flash after it's fixed then or no?

And yes -1 to me for NOT checking for the leak prior to the tune. Anyone else please feel free to bash but I am simply looking for answers.

I would suggest you go to P & L and get a presurized boost leak test done and see what happens

Neglecting a boost leak is like driving your tire with no air

I've got an appointment with AMS Monday to get the test and to get the repairs. I just wanted some input prior to then just to understand my mistake.
