Is my timing on pump and race map reverse?NEED HELP!
I went to a meet last week...and they all know that i have Dynoflash(New Orleans) which I am so proud of!
but two of the local tuner saw my map and said that my race map's timing is weaker than my pump map....Is there anyway that you can double check it Al? I just want make sure that they are not goofng me around. Both of them told me to run the pump map on race gas and crank the boost up. But i know you told me I can run 30psi on race map that you set.
I also observed that I can run easily 26psi on pump map with race gas but when i switch to race map i couldn't pass 24psi(but it might be my stock bov too)
I will race them on import face off this coming sunday....please check your email. If you need to adjust the map will you charge me? and how much? im willing to pay!

A few points
#1 The race gas map has slightly increased timing in the HIGH OCATNE timing map - look at the highest load colum 260 % load
#2 The race gas map has slightly leaner a.f just under 1 full point leaner - should be close to 12/1 a/f on race gas and 11.2 / 1 on pump gas
#3 Disgregard the LOW octane fuel maps as the car will not run in that map unless it sees extreme detonation - both maps have the same low octane values - this is just a saftey feature
#4 - In the futurte please do NOT show my tuning maps to 3rd party tuners who will simply misappropriate my hard work and who obviously have no clue.
#5 - I need to have more information about what is happening when your car is unable to g0o past "X" amount of boost on the care gas map - it may or may not be the BOV - please desribe in as great detail as possible exactly what is going on and how the car is reacting so I can diagnose the problem which may be spark plugs

I emailed you the map( subject: map NEW ORLEANS TRIP) I know you get tons of email!lol
We did a boost leak test(@ around 24psi) it leaks and its coming from the plastic bov.
All in all I have no problem with the custom tune and I am satisfied with it!
