I run NGK BPR7ES and around .22-.25 gap. all depends on your setup and boost level.

21-22psi

I would say even with stock cars and you change plugs i would go with .22-.23

i have went throw a good around of plugs and always found that range to be the best for high and low boost levels.

Gapping them is easy. Get yourself some feeler gauges and when they slide in without resistance, it's done.
If the opening is too wide out of the box, tap it down a little (lightly!!) and use the correct gauge to "open it up".

10-4 Al, very rarely a misfire at 32 PSI stock ignition. And you can get them on eBay for a $1 a copy.

I just got BPR7ES' yesterday and the freaking plug wires don't go all the way down! It's like the plugs are higher than the other ones. And when compared to the stock plugs the threaded part isn't as long so it's not going into the cylinder chamber as far?!

So all the people saying that they're running these plugs are wrong?

Lancershop sells the same exact ones for Evo's =/ http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...?productid=169

I'm confused.
