Best of luck this weekend!

OK, here are a few things. When I drove the car it looked like it was a full weigth EVO. It acted like there was pretty much left alone in the aspect of weight removal.

Then when the customer called me let me know the news on the car. I posted up all the aspects of the car. The owner then informed that there was around 300 pounds taken out. Here is a short list of what I know. He said there is a lot of things that you would enver even think of. He told me I should just start thinking outside the box. Anyway

Lightweight battery
CF Hood, CF Trunk
rear liner removed
all rear seat belts removed
everything inside doors panels removed
Ti exhaust
Ti strut brace
Lots of little things

There is a ton more of things that I just don't remember. No, I didn't see it with my own eyes, but there were 3 people on thsi board or read this board that were there. Thanks Ryan

I understand hwo you may have been confused and posted some incorrect info my mistake

From the readers perpesecticve though - when incorrect info is posted - even by incocent error - it renders the entire claim unbelievable

You loose credability as a vendor when you post incorrect claims andf information which just does not add up to the professional and knowing reader

There is a big difference betweeen a claim of a stock weight evo going 10.6 and what whp is needed and a stripped gutted evo that weighs only 2900 lbs going 10.6

As I have stated before - I peresonally do not recognize the 10.6 claim as there have been too many corrections - changes in information and NO BACK UP OR VIDEO to verify the number

For all we know a candy wrapper was blown across the lights at the end of the track as this guy was at the 1,000 ' mark

All I do know is that what ever this guy did on that one pass - he obviously broke something as his car is apparently still sitting in a dealership at this moment

What ever he did - its not very impressive if the car breaks in the process

To me - I want to see a guy do a few passes and drive the car home like I do - that shows that its something that is repeatable and within the capacity of the car

Its silly to argue about this as very soon there will be a lot of evos going 10 seconds and more

All I can tell you is in the future get your FACTS 100% accurate before you start posting record claims or you will injur your credability and honor in many people's eyes

Don't you mean 10 seconds or less?

All mere semantics, I know...
