It's been done. Now I don't want to post anything specific because there are a few STi's I want to deal with, and I know they read this forum 
But to sum up my experience with Al, he was very professional, and treated me with the dignity and respect I feel I deserve. I'm very happy with Al's work, and apparently I wasn't the only one there today who feel the same way.
