Lol that's me... I was trying to run away from the bugs and I got hit by a snake...

For the install, make sure you got some extra bolts and nuts for the downpipe... just my 2cent it was so dark we lost ours on the ground and almost couldn't complete the install because of it

I've done a search and I know it's a lil but I just want to clarify. When you install the head studs, you don't need to remove the head? I'm under the impression that anytime the head bolts are loosened that it ruins the seal of the head gasket and the head gasket needs to be replaced. Even if you replace the studs one at a time, doesn't the head gasket seal still degrade compared to the crush seal it got at the factory?

yeah, but then again its been done 100's of times, even on DSM's, and i haven't heard of a problem yet. i'm gonna get ready to put in a built block as my next big upgrade. so i guess it doesn't really matter

Great writeup. Now I gotta think seriously about for myself.

OT - SuperHatch, I did the head stud change one at a time and no problems yet; many miles, lots of track days.
You don't even have to remove the cams.

Nice write up. I like the BR kit but I wish you could keep the stock fan and water lines.
