How is the city driving characterisitcs? Such as throttle tip-in, etc. You mentioned that spool up is a little slower, are referring to WOT applications & or city driving as well?

thanks everyone
as to spool up i was referring to WOT, and i've notice now that its getting more "broke" in its spooling quicker, last time i did a 4th gear pull i hit 20 psi at 3300 or so

We chose the 440 on Aaron's car for several reasons
1st - I suspect that on pump gas there will be only marginal gains between the 440 and the 500
2nd - On the stock bottom end we feel that 450 whp is about the most power we want to tune for in any event. For example - when we did the reflash on the AMS Gt35 turbo kit we stoped at 444 whp as we were not feeling like taking a chance on our customer's stock bottom end. While its certainly possible to make more whp on a stock bottom end - we feel that for every day use 450 whp is a good upper limit for practical purposes
3rd - We are having a lot of 500 kits comming in during the next few weeks so we wanted to see how the 400 fares

The BR440 kit here on our 2wd Dynojet and 94 octane tuning with the EMS were could only make 401 whp. On race gas with a ported cylinder head we were able to make 443 whp.
I am really grateful for the write up you did, hell we might have to copy it and use it for a manual!
Thanks again,
