If you take the intake off and the rad fan you can get at everything very easy and simple

Just make sure you keep the boost lines away fron the fan cover its sharp - use large zip ties to secure them to he plastic black intake tube
Can you actually get the radiator fan off without removing the upper radiator hose? I wrestled with it for a good 10 minutes before I decided to do everything from below (which was an even bigger PITA).

I personally think that should be sued for all the cut hands and arms from those darn fan shrouds - that thing is like a deadly weapon

The first thing I do is remove it so I can't get cut

After a while you get the hang of swinging it out of the way - but the first few times it can be a pain

What ever you do don't tear a hole in the radiator with it like one of my customers' did - I was asking why his first mod was a radiator and throught it was kind of a smart upgrade path until I found out why he needed a new radiator

Thanks for posting the nice dyno sheets - did you get a chance to try re-routing that boost line yet ? I am very anxious to see if my theory is correct !

i got the Vacuum hose today, but i been at work and fighting with my Girlfriend, so i havent had a chance to do it. Me and Chris might do it wednesday together or maybe sooner, but as usual ill keep you posted Al. BTW its a loud wooshing sound when i leak the boost, and i notice i lose anywhere from 6-10 Psi on a hard pull, so im hoping the theory is correct as well, if not, i definitly got a loose hose thats stretching open when i floor it to 20Psi.

Its not a loose hose - don't worry - I am 90 % sure that its related to the way the boost controller is hooked up.

If that does not correct the problem - then you need to consider the MR upgraded bov - or forge re-circulating bov

After you get that leaking bov squared away you will not believe the differnce !
