Got Dynoflashed Yesterday

Drove up to Pruven yesterday for a custom tune on my Evo. The only mods I have are:

Hallman MBC set at 20psi
Walbro 255 fuel pump
AEM Short Ram Intake
Clutchmasters Stage 1 clutch w/aluminum flywheel

Al netted me 35WHP and 32 lbs/torque to the wheels, the power delivery is super smooth and you can really feel the difference. Can't wait 'till I get an exhaust and maybe cam gears as Al recommended to me as he would be able to pull even more power out of it.

Well worth my time and money....thanks again Al and Pruven.

That's a nice increase in power. Now it's time for the dragstrip .

yeah, exhaust will make much even more improvement, and you definitely need cams, since your name is 'cam2'

mine was tuned on the street and on a dynapack dyno, which read boost, and matched up perfectly with my greddy readout, so I go by that.

I know how much boost I'm running because I have a boost gauge.

Is there any difference in off-boost performance and spool-up, or is it all a gain from 3000rpm up?

yes there is a big difference in off boost performace when modified and tuned. Mine is much stronger down low. At 2000rpm I start spooling and have 20psi by 2900rpm in 4th. Much smoother as well.

I tested out 3 different boost gauges to make sure.
