Should i switch??

Im on 100oct now and have been on it for over a year now. i dont daily drive my evo so i haven't really had a problem paying the co$t of the 100oct. My evo is sittin at 365 to the wheels on the 100oct and im heading up to ams in a couple weeks for a clutch should i make the switch to e85???? thanks guys

yeah i really dont see anyone running 100oct anymore so i figured i would see if im behind in the boost world

No. Stay with 100 octane. You really have nothing to gain.

The benefit of E85 is putting 105 octane fuel in the tanks of EVOs that are DD, whereas race gas would be cost prohibitive. Your's is not a DD, so an E85 tune would be an additional expense with nothing gained.

In fact it might be detrimental, since your EVO is a race car and no tracks I know of sell E85, but many do sell 100.

yeah we have a couple gas stations that sell 100oct and e85 so im not worried about where to find it just want to make more power n run higher boost "safely" lol

E85 has similar power gains to running 110 leaded fuel..
