1st day on e85......1200 PTE and walbro impressions
Gas mileage sucks. LOL. I've been (with help) scaling in the injectors. Tuning them this weekend. Kelfords just got put in this past week. Hoping for some decent power. I felt so proud filling up at the local gas station close me and having a gang of people looking at me strange. Hell the gas station owner came rushing out to stop me from putting E-85 in.

You're definitely not going to get better than pump gas, but enjoy the power bro. It's funny how you mention everyone giving you funny looks when filling with E85. When I had my 8, I'd be at the gas station and everyone staring while I was filling up with popcorn fuel.

I was looking foward to getting all the stares and people trying to prevent me from ruining my car (I even expected the attendant refusing to let me fill)...nobody even noticed!

Funny thing is I keep going to the same gas station and without fail they always say: "You know thats NOT regular pump gas" and when I tell them I know and they have this dumbfounded look like they think they I didn't here them.
The kelfords helped but raped ape doesn't do it justice....I tense up so much just driving the car fast. Its scary.

2.25 today.....it always 50 cents less then premium. My wife and I did the math and it its only 2 dollars more to run E-85 over 93 with the decreased mileage.

Yeah I know....funny thing is I drive slower now. I guess is combination of trying to conserve gas plus not wanting to blast off everytime i get in it.
I think I'm close to finished tuning the E85.....probably a couple more logs. Then its off to the dyno next week to see the actual numbers. I'll post plots when I get em. Then I will be tuning pump gas again (BOO!!)
