Been on E85 for 3 months now with the Tephra mod. in case of emergency, I can't even and don't won't to remember how my EVO ran without it!!! Its like a DR. JEKHL AND MR. HYDE, I know its a hassle to get E85 in Cali. but it is well worth it!!! Its all about performance and what E85 does hits that spot dead to nuts!!! I have friends who run Meth. and they swear by it. Its kind of like choosing a weapon there are all kinds out there that will do the job just the same but everybody has a sweet spot for what they like. Me, its simple, I have'nt had to run on anything else and complaining about gas mileage and availability is kind of like listening to my girl ***** and moan, we didn't mod these cars for better gas mileage did we? We did it because your an adreneline junky just like me!!!

 

Very well said. It kills me when guys talk as if the EVO was desiged to get the same gas mileage as a hybrid or something. 22MPG versus 18MPG is no big deal in my opinion.
