Right now i have an intake, full exhaust and tune on my evo 9. My question is about fueling, If I switch to e85 can I get away with the new aeromotive 340 pump and an aeromotive fuel regulator? or do I HAVE to upgrade injectors?

You will need 30% more fuel flowing out of your injectors. Period. Could that be achieved with higher pressure rather than more flow? Perhaps, but why would you want to break ground in uncharted territory when there are proven paths to E85 happiness?

What Jim said. You can get a set of injectors for $2-300, do it the "right" way. It also depends on what your current duty cycle is on your injectors. I've seen logs where people run them to 110% + IDC but that isn't advisable. I'm not 100% positive on what the max is...120, 130, but at that point why risk blowing up your motor for $300 bucks? Wait and get the injectors too if you can't afford it all at once.
