How to install GM Ethanol sensor with high flow fuel system?
Hello,
So I have two Bosch 044 pumps, that return fuel flow is 400 liters per hour, however the flex fuel sensor only flows a max of 200 liters per hour, when this is directly connected to the return line, it exponentially increases the fuel pressure - not good...
So what have people who have used the sensor done to combat this issue in a high fuel system scenario? any pictures/diagram appreciated...

yes I have thought of a t-connectors but the problem is it needs flow through the actaul sensor...how do u make it flow through the sensor as well as the main hose...?
The fuel will flow back through the shortest resistance

umm sorry i meant liters per hour lol - yeah that's a bit too high! the return fuel is 400 litres per hour and the ethanol sensor is 200 liters per hour

As RoadSpike indicates- you need very little to flow thru the sensor to get valid readings. If you set it up as he states then you will get plenty of flow thru it. It will be just as good and responsive as the OEM FFV setup.
