Here's a tuned comparison of before and after E85. However, my tank has about 2 gallons 93oct in it mixed with 5 gallons E85, so there's still more to be had once I go through a couple more tanks.

Oh...I'm keeping it at the same 24psi still. I wanna see how much one change can do first. My timing at redline is only 15* at the moment. I increased it to 16, but it lost power, so I figured I was at MBT for the mixture I currently have.

Here's a timing graph comparing before and after (red is before, blue is on ethanol). Weird how ethanol wanted less timing at peak torque. Keep in mind that my mixture is roughly only 70% E85 due to leftover 93oct when I filled up.
Look at some of the timing map examples in this thread:

I'm finding that tuning on E85 very interesting. Previously, if I saw a count of knock or two, I would retard timing there to make sure it goes away on the next pull. Tonight, equipped with a new tank of E85 (making it almost 100% pure now), I started pushing through previous timing barriers out of your recommendation. Even though one pull would produce knock, I ignored it unless it could reproduce itself on following pulls. If it didn't, I continued to add timing. Any counts of 1-2 was usually not reproducible on the next. Do you guys experience this too?
My 7000rpm redline is finally on the lower end of the commonly discussed 18-21* for Evo8's. The results? Monster power!

The tune's not done yet. I was forced to stop in the rain as my car was sliding around, mid-pull, in a straight line :O

Jim, I really appreciate your help with this
What do you think about this now:

I'm kinda uncertain about peak torque. Usually my peak torque is at 4200rpms. Does timing look ok there to you?
