Doublecheck to make sure its not dropping fuel pressure. Also pull the injectors and look at the tips. If you see the dreaded "black goo" good chance you got some contaminated E85 and they need to get sent out to get cleaned.

If its just dropping fuel pressure it could be the pumps, fuel filter, etc.

I've put 2 walbro 255s in aeromotive fpr, I ran my walbro and my stock pump wired constant just to see if I was having fuel drop off and no different. I had NGK bpr7es gapped at 22 now I have br8es gapped at 25 and still cuts out. Ill pull the injectors out tomorrow and see if there plugged I hope not there new.

Those are pretty big gaps for 30 psi. Try .018" to .020"

I see you're in Iowa. It may be slightly cooler than when you were tuned. Possibly hitting slightly higher boost levels and/or higher loads cells.

You may or may not have spark plug blow out. You may have fuel cut from exceeding the load level your tuner set you up for. All this needs to be brought up to your tuner to help diagnose.

You can check your pump and injectors. Check the fuel pressure and IDC.

What are you using for boost control? EBS or MBC?

Perfect! Next time it cuts out look at your peak boost on the tru boost and/or log it. It may be slightly higher than 30 psi. You can adjust your tru boost settings or make a separate one for colder weather.
