I've done basic **** with ECUflash and whatnot I was just wondering if I decide to switch over to e85 how hard is it to tune the car to e85 based off the 91oct tune? is this even possible or is it easier just to start from scratch?

 

Hard is relative. It took me 9 months to get from a stock ROM to fully tuned on E85.

 

It might take some time. But its harder to map e85 i think. Mostly because its very nock proof, and you dont get ping as an early warning for leanness. So do your research and get the right mixture, and the rest comes easy.

 

If you understand how to tune, and research the do's and don'ts it is no more difficult than any other fuel. The only thing that is difficult is that to really squeeze as much out of it with timing, you need to use an actual dyno and not the VD.
