Best ECU to run full flex system

Hi I'm looking to run a full flex system.
Currently i have a stock ECU with a dual map. Its abit of a pain as we don't get constant e85 in Australia and there are very few pump which stock it.

Now i was looking to run full flex system, after speaking with my tuner he advised me that the vipec system was not really up to scratch with running a full flex system. (he's even a distributor!).

He's stopped doing full flex tunes due to this.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any other ECUs they can recommend and their experience with setting up a full flex system effectively

AEM's new Infinity EMS is flex fuel capable and so is their older V2 EMS. Here is a little video of English Racing demonstrating the V2 EMS using a flex fuel setup.

There's a patch to do it for the stock ECU too.

Is that patch working across all rom's? last I checked it was just for a few. And it seemed like they were still working out the bugs

No its not universal, only for one ROM ID actually. It seems to be working for the few people who have tried it.

It may not be a solution for the OP but he should be aware that it is an option.

The best flex fuel ecu is going to be the proefi Because it uses an actual flex fuel sensor, has one map that is based off of the percentage of dilution

I'll also have something soon for the stock ecu for EVERY rom available soon.

I'll be uninstalling my highly integrated meth-injection system if you have this figured out. Any hint on which sensor(s) i need to hoard now?

We already have cars running it. Some for almost a year now. We are going through every possible scenario before we release this

It will be just as safe if not safer then AEM's version.

We are also making a little nice compact LED box that will do way more then just monitor eth content, it is going to show a lot of very useful diagnostic information for the system in general.

I'll make an official release thread after we are done finalizing and testing everything!

If you already have the GM sensor it will be compatible. Also we are keeping in mind price also. We are making this very affordable to people.

The LED box is updateable also, so it will be able to take updates and never get old and outdated.

It is gonna be pretty awesome. I am a very picky person, so if I'm offering something it will work to my expectations or i wont offer it.

I assume you may mean LCD? Or an OLED display?

Also, who is 'we'?

OLED yes. "We" is the team we have working on it. I am not a coder or a hardware designer :P
