Also going by the graph (if I am reading this correctly) the Air fuel ratio is around 12.5 max. Is this still showing counts of knock at this rating? I think this is a little better than where we had it; because it was going over 13 before.

I noticed that the max power and max torque on the graph was at the max RPM shown, 6750; so it looks like it should continue to build power for a few more RPMS after this issue is fixed. Pretty interesting!

I have to agree that lugnuts have no place to be anywhere but on wheel studs.

I would prefer to change them both, but its your call Rich, since its your car!

Yes I can order any OEM part for your car from Mitsu.

Also yes, your car is VERY strong for its setup. It pulls very hard. No knock on the pull I linked, but that was with the clogged injectors, so theres no way the engine was to happy there.

Once I get the injectors back from FIC, i will install and we will go from there. New seals and fresh clean injectors and i think the cars going to haul ***!

The single scroll fp black design works amazing.

As bad as those injectors looked, FIC said they flow tested within 1-2% of each other and did not need cleaned. Kind of surprised me quite a bit when I read that email from them.

The shop is a decent size, but we outgrow it very quickly lancerrally45

Need one that's bigger so we can get around 4-5 lifts side by side with a dyno with room to spare.

In due time this will happen. For now it is nice. This ones very big, but in the wrong way. Its narrow and long.

Here's the area we assemble engines. The shops more like a house rather then a actual shop. Full insulation, central air and heat, etc.

Why you guys are still using a double pumper is beyond me. Yeah your 255 is gonna run out of gas around 400whp. Buy a Full Blown (aeromotive) fuel pump looks just like the walbro but doesnt fall on its face when boosted. With a rewire its even good for 700+whp under boost. No need to screw around with ****ty hobb switches and tuning around a second pump. BTW install the aftermarket regulator there's no way the stock ones gonna handle that much flow.

Go away troll. You post this same crap in every thread. Where is all of your proof for this? How many cars have you built and tuned and have the experience with that require this amount of fueling. Buy a quality Hobbs and don't half *** put the car together and there is no 'tuning around' a double pumper. They are simple as can be.

Just out of curiousity: How much do the injectors have left before they run out of ability to pump with the 1650cc's ?

Reread what you posted. This makes as much sense as the gentleman above boasting about his new found love in aeromotive fuel pumps.

I could re-read it; but if you can't understand the question based on the wording, that's your problem not mine...

I was wondering when the injectors max out on this setup- if you couldn't interpret that I'm sorry.

Anyways the car is pretty fast and Tom did a great job!!

http://tscomptuned.net/walbro-255lph-evo.html

I have plenty of data regarding the aeromotive 340. 700whp in a evo with a aeromotive 340 is physically impossible on E85 (which is what this thread has in its title).

As mentioned prior, there is no tuning around a pressure switch. The cars tune no different then a single walbro when setup correctly and the switch comes on at the psi it should between 4-6psi

At 612whp his injectors are 83% IDC with 11.7 afr

So many 800-900whp evo's run the stock FPR with no issues. The stock FPR is fine with a double pumper.

Keep it simple and the fuel system is a piece of cake in the evo. Go nuts and you will lose all your hair.

Most of the aftermarket regulators don't do as good as job as the stock FPR's in regards to controlling fuel pressure. They either cant regulate the psi for crap, or the spring has issues in them.

Causes driveability issues, and weird shaped looking fuel maps.

Heres the last of pictures I took. I put new fuel filters on, cleaned some debri from the fuel tank, and modified both the fuel pumps relief valves. After all this, I was able to tune the car and keep the AFR under control. I also replaced the FPR to be safe.

Rich picked the car up tonight with his brother, and before they took it I put brad penn 20w50 in it as well with an amsoil oil filter.

Rich's brother seemed to under estimate how quick the evo really was when they are up into the 600whp territory. I told him to do a couple pulls on the way home, and as soon as he did he was very surprised.

We replaced the cheap worm clamps with tbolts. Shouldn't have anymore lower pipes coming off anymore.

Not sure If I posted a before engine bay shot, but lets just say its a night and day difference now. I have cleaned up atleast 80% better then it was when I received the car.

I will share the graph and other info later on. Just have to get it all together. The car made great power though.

The stainless housing fp black really is quite different then the twin scroll. It made power extremely easy. 28psi put us over 600whp.

Tom its really awesome to see projects like this, and see how you really care about your customers! Very dedicated to not just tuning and making $$ but have customers walk away happy by going to the next step.

You should overlay the before and after VD graph. hs.
