Wow- I haven't been running E85 very much because I only drive my car a small few hundred miles a year. I do start it every 10 days (I have a reminder set on my phone) and let it run until the fans come on. Only time I don't do this is when something is taken apart and it won't run. My evo is pretty much only a project to work on (I enjoy working on it more than driving it). This makes me feel a little more confident to put some E85 in.

I'm really happy to see this post and all of the positive things posted! I'm in the Navy and recently just left to go float around on the ocean. Being away from my car for about 3 months while it sits, unattended. I was super worried after seeing a post on facebook about not leaving a car with e85 in the tank. Granted my car only has about a 1/8th of a tank in it. I was stressing pretty bad. I guess the next thing to worry about is that I left my E-brake up

I had two aftermarket fuel lines (feed from pump to rail and fpr return) dry up and crack from keeping E85 in the car parked for a while.
Glad to see yours doing well after all this time.

Mine has been sitting for 2 years, the injector required cleaning and fuel pump wasn't flowing enough fuel while tuning on dyno. Also the fuel temperature sensor went bad.
