thats the same thing i'm wondering i have 1000cc injectors, Methanol and a 35R on the way.
I'll let a Pro do the Initial tune for the 35r then i'll tweak it as i see fit.
Hey Malibu whats your timming table like. I Know mine is a bit low up top but i don't how much more i can push it on crap 91 octane.

I am running stock fuel and timing tables right now since I still have the UTEC on my car (and don't plan to remove it any time soon) I'm waiting for some of the VE compensation tables and MAF-VE tables to get published before I do too much more since my MAF curve is slightly different than stock, plus I'd like to rescale the Maps before I do a full tune..
Nice Noogles,
Wasting no time! I'll take a look at it tonight or this weekend. I haven't had time to play with ECUFlash at all yet. Damn work!
Do you have cam gears and if yes, what are they set to?

Valvetrain is taken care of and i've spoken to turbotrix many times about the reliability of the bottom end and they feel 8000 rpm is within it capabilities.

Thats right i'll shift at 8 but i don't want a hard limiter setup right at my shift point.
I wish we had the option of both a soft and a hard limiter. I would set the soft limit at 8050 and the hardlimit @ 8200

Nice man, I'm looking at my dynoflash setup and the hi/lo octane fuel/timing maps are the same. I'd like to setup the low octane maps again, but I need to find that article that shiv wrote a while ago about how the ecu floats between the two, etc.
Al any particular reason that its done this way?

Well yeah, I know that
And I am looking for detail here
It worked out well either way that this is the case as I used to worry what my Xede was doing when/if the ECU floated maps. Guess that concern was for nothing
Do you know what the conditions/triggers are and the values needed to float maps?
