I should be writing schedulers right now....

I Would like to get back to the point now please.

So, with this 2 step idea, in theory, would you be able to biuld boost? And would it be cutting timing or fuel?

You can build boost just off of the stutter, unless you have a really big turbo. I think what you are talking about is antilag. DSMLink does it by retarding timing with the stutterbox and NLTS, but as mentioned, this is only needed on the biggest of turbos. You should see plenty of boost simply using the launch stutter.

I'm seeing about .4-.5bar on my OEM boost gauge off the studder @ 5.5k

if you wanted to build more boost would want to add or remove timing?

When you retard timimg the exhaust gases become more dense because you start to richen upa little. Denser gases will cause the turbo to spool more. Thats in a nutshell. It is kinda hard to explain in depth because you get into measuring the enthalpy.

Even raising the stationary limit has little overall effect in increasing boost. I have mine set at 6000 and made 9psig and then at 6375 I made 10ish. Anything is better than nothing. I kinda tend to think anymore than that and traction at launch is gonna become an issue. Without any boost I cut a 1.77 60', while in the lane next to me a car that was running 11.0's (Lucas English Talon) cut a 1.76 in Yakima 95* heat. I foresee it being really easy to ovewhelm available traction. I am curious if you have experimented with higher stationary limit first?

To answer your question, its retard timing. Autronic Antilag cuts timing on one cylinder (then alternates) to 25* ATDC for maximum explosive power.
