Actually thats not true, if they do a warranty repair, that is ultimately denied, they do end up paying for the part and labor that isn't covered.. This is why they are iffy about covering things until their sure it won't be a problem.. You are correct if the part is covered under warranty, they do get paid for the parts, time, and labor, from Corporate..

Ok, i dont say the dealer to do a warranty repair that they won't be paid for but come on now....For most of the parts they can do a warranty repair and everybody knows it. Also they are going to be paid (labor) by Mitsubishi...


I dont see any loss there except from Mitsubishi itself...But again, one must be naive to think that they give us 7 years warranty for free. It is paid in the price of the car

True and they probably make the customer pay and they also claim to mitsubishi.
I don't think they should be doing denying warranty to often.
