Sounds like your best bet is to find a local tuner in your area, that will
tune with EcuFlash.
In the meantime, if you wish, you can can learn it little by little.
Later if you feel comfortable you can start making small changes.
The results can be great, but half the fun is getting there.

Yes it does say that but all you have to do is give them a call and they can send it out. I ordered mine a few weeks ago and the site said out of stock but when I called they had them in and I received mine within a couple days!
